Salicylic acid is an organic compound obtained from the bark of willow trees. It is widely used to treat skin problems like acne, acne scars, black /white heads etc. It is found in different forms like cleansers, soap, cream, serum etc
How to use salicylic acid on face?
It is better to use Salicylic acid in a cleanser form. If using the salicylic acid based cleanser, just make sure to wet your face and rub your face with the cleanser for 20 seconds and rinse it off with normal water. This helps in removing acne causing impurities from the skin and making it suitable for oily, acne prone and combination skin.
